Shipping policy

Macarius Superstore delivers eligible orders to UK mainland addresses. Offshore islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses are excluded from standard delivery.

UK mainland standard delivery

Shipping is calculated using the package weight recorded at checkout:

  • Up to 5kg: £5.99.
  • Over 5kg and up to 15kg: £7.99.
  • Over 15kg and up to 25kg: £9.99.
  • Over 25kg and up to 30kg: £11.99.
  • Over 30kg and up to 40kg: £13.99.
  • Over 40kg and up to 60kg: £18.99.

For orders over 60kg, please contact sales@macarius.co.uk for a delivery quote before ordering. Standard delivery is not automatically free based on order value. If your order is split into packages, shipping charges may be combined; the final total is shown before payment.

Estimated total standard delivery time, including processing, is 4–6 business days. Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The delivery options, final cost and estimated delivery dates available for your address are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Please make sure your delivery address, email address and phone number are correct before placing an order. If you need help after placing an order, contact sales@macarius.co.uk as soon as possible.

Fresh, chilled, frozen or perishable items may require specific delivery handling and may not be available for every address or delivery method. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution or refund. There is no separate chilled or frozen packaging surcharge.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to courier capacity, weather, stock availability or other circumstances outside our control.
