Returns and refunds

For help with an order, email sales@macarius.co.uk or call +44 161 566 1760. Please include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, photos where possible.

Eligible non-faulty online returns

For items covered by the online cancellation right, tell us within 14 calendar days of delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. No reason is required.

Customers pay the actual return postage for non-faulty returns. Please keep proof of posting. No restocking fee applies to statutory cancellations. Goods should be returned in their original condition; deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Exceptions

Change-of-mind cancellation does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh, chilled or frozen perishable food, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery, so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or exchange. This request does not limit your statutory rights. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods; contact us for return instructions before posting them.

How to return an item

Email sales@macarius.co.uk to notify us and obtain return instructions. Send postal returns to Macarius Superstore, 34 Blandford Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, England, OL6 7DW, United Kingdom. Include your order number so we can identify the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. For eligible online cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, including the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refunded for a change-of-mind cancellation. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
