2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.

5. Perishable Items

Fresh and perishable items (such as meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables) are packed with appropriate insulation and ice packs to maintain freshness during transit. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Macarius Superstore is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
