At Macarius Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of the date you received your delivery.

2. Perishable and Food Items

Due to the nature of our products, perishable food items (including fresh meat, seafood, dairy, fruits, and vegetables) cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

3. Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items (such as tinned goods, household products, and beauty items) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@macarius.co.uk or call +44 161 566 1760. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or return, please:

  1. Email us at sales@macarius.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
