If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

7. Delivery of Perishable or Sensitive Goods
Some food, chilled, frozen, cosmetic, or sensitive items may require special handling. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive such items at the delivery address.
Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store products appropriately and according to any instructions on the packaging.
We are not responsible for deterioration, spoilage, or damage caused by delay in accepting delivery or by improper storage after delivery.
8. Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided, left in accordance with delivery instructions, or collected by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. Macarius Superstore is not liable for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
9. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may:

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery where the failed delivery was due to customer error or unavailability.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We may require this information before processing a replacement, exchange, or refund.
11. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, accidents, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, supplier issues, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
